BYOMA provides a prepaid return label and covers approved return shipping. No restocking fee is charged. Items should be returned with their included parts and in a condition suitable for inspection. Rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrect goods are not reduced by this policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions commonly need 5–10 business days to post the credit after processing. Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting the store promptly; once dispatched, the return process applies.
